Special terms of use for contents of the Panasonic Partner Portal

  1. The contents of the media database are protected by copyright.
  2. The use of the files (images, logos, texts, templates, etc.) is only permitted for the purpose of advertising Panasonic products by resellers, for reports and other works by journalists and authors or for service provider activities commissioned by Panasonic (advertising agencies, authorised workshops, etc.).   3. Alteration of images and logos is not permitted. An exception applies only to black and white reproduction of coloured content and a change in size while maintaining the proportions.
  4. The general rules of trademark law apply to the use of protected trademarks. In particular, third-party trademarks (e.g. test logos) may only be used within the framework of the terms of use established by the rights holder. In this respect, the user acts on his own responsibility and shall indemnify Panasonic against any claims by third parties for infringement of trademark rights.
  5. Wholesalers and purchasing co-operations are authorized to pass on contents of the media database to their customers exclusively for the purpose of advertising Panasonic products. They are responsible for ensuring that their customers comply with these rules and the general rules of copyright law.
  6. Panasonic reserves the right to revoke the authorization of use for the future at any time without giving reasons. Upon receipt of the cancellation, the use must be discontinued immediately. In the event of unlawful use, Panasonic reserves all rights, in particular to injunctive relief and damages.
